Who should I start this week? Chris Cooley vs DAL or Heath Miller vs ATL?

I'd play Cooley - he's healthy and McNabb likes to use the TEs. With the offensive line situation and the QB in Pittsburgh, I think Miller may be kept in to block on ping plays a lot and the Steelers will be going to the running game as much as possible.
