Is it possible to be an actor if you dont have really smooth, perfect skin?

I am 16 and my scars are getting better with retin A. I know there is already a lot of competition in the acting world, but on top of that, I have slight acne scars. I don't have cystic acne or anything like that but I look at people like Will Smith, Leonardo Dicaprio, Dustin Hoffman and most actors and they have clear flawless skin. I dont want to chase my dreams if they wont even accept me. I have red marks along the side of my face, and small indent scarring near my eyebrows. I just want to know if theres any chance I can be a big screen actor if I have scarring. What im scared about is the certain angles and lighting they film that actors in and how that might reveal the indents on my skin. I really want to chase this dream badly.
