What might the world be like if we not only learned from our past mistakes, but actually applied that?

Wouldn't change the amount of problems produced in the world. Problems are anything that require questioning, and with so many points of view, not a single thing will go un questioned. Life would run the same as it does not with different variations for the better or worse.
