Need help remembering a comedian from comedy central!?

I completely forget his name. He's white and when he performed his stand up he had a goatee I think and he was .. chubby? Not real fat. As far as his jokes go, I'm not one to remember much but one of his jokes that stuck with me. He was talking about how he got in a fight with a black guy and he stuck his hand out and his hand went in his hair.. and the first thing he thought of was "I never felt a black guys hair before" and then, much like an alligator and if you rub a black guys head, he'll fall asleep or somethin like that. I died. I'd be shocked if anyone gets this but.. impress me :p
