What is the best and easiest way to make money online, that is NOT a scam, I was thinking of Maverick, ideas?

I wanna make money online I'm looking at Maverick money makers as it looks like a good way to generate income, you only pay 97 dollars? is that true? I'm from Ireland does that matter? What exactly do you do with Maverick? Is it only advice or is it a thing that makes money for you? I have no idea! :S Could I have some ideas please?:D
