A question for the CAR EXPERT GUYS! please help me out!?

ok so im gonna get a new car, a honda civic, and i was wondering where your supposed to take it to get things like a spoiler or tinted windows. i really wana get those two things done but idk where to go and how do i know if its a good place and theyll do a good job?? please help me out guys! i appreciate it <3
