Not that i know of. Men and women of any age, regardless of what they wear can be victims of . I'm quite conservative in the way i dress whilst still looking my age. I don't believe that just because a girl is wearing a short skirt/showing doesn't mean she should be a target for abuse. And she should most certainly not be blamed from provoking a man no matter how little the clothes she wears.
