Is it possible for a "I think therefor I am" universe to exist independently of a paradox?

Are you talking about a universe where anything you think, happens? If you accept the idea of the "multiverse" where all possibilities that can happen, do happen, then I suppose this sort of thing could exist somewhere. Why not?
