I need a doctor or a nurse to help me....?

I have been sick for about 2-3 weeks with my chest burning and chest pain. It all started as a sinus infection. I havent really been taking good care of myself lately. I go outside with wet hair (I never have time to blowdry it anymore) and I havent been taking any medicine. I finally went to the doctor yesterday and he diagnosed me with bronchitis that is turning in to pneumonia. He gave me a shot, and I felt so much better. But this evening, I have started running fever. And my chest is still burning and hurting. My temp normally runs low to mid 97's and today it has gradually started climbing. It is up to a 99.6 and my skin is flushed looking and Im freezing but my body feels like it is on fire and its red. I feel more fatigue today and its really starting to get to me. What does this sound like and what should I do? If I follow up at the hospital, will they hospitalize me because of my pneumonia? Help!
