$700 Billion Bailout ? Isn't that a tad expensive? Is there any pork to trim from that ? Links appreciated.?

This huge bailout if it succeds will help to save thousands of jobs in the US possibly even millions. It will cost the American tax payers the grand sum of $5 each. Is this not a small price to pay to save America going into recession and all those jobs ?
